Day 4: The not-so-very-good day

I’m actually posting this on Day 5 because I didn’t have the energy to post about it yesterday. I literally woke up feeling terrible. Just overwhelmed. A lot has happened in my life the last 6 weeks. Some really great things but also some things that have required a bit of an adjustment. I think I just crashed, especially going back to work full time.

Luckily I was able to feel better by the end of the day after a good, long nap. It was just one of those days I just needed to be grumpy. And I was.

And now I feel better.
